Changing the Background

Is there a easy way to change the background and the image in the center of the screen? I'm using Savage Worlds and the parchment really hurts my eyes for some reason.

You want to look for Themes and Decals. Themes allow you to change the background. I'm not familiar with SW, but most rulesets have several community created Themes you can find in the forums. Decals are the image in the center, these often are included with official DLC, but can also be done yourself with a very simple extension (you can find a tutorial for that on the fg-con.com website).
