Interface Question - Missing Blue tabs

I am trying to build some modules and the blue tabs that separated content is gone (update probably removed them). All videos showing method to create modules have them, so my question is:
1. Can i get them back? (option to turn on) or a create module mode?
2. I there a new method to create content that is shown in a video or instructions?

When trying to copy monsters, tokens or other things it is a bit confusing on how to do this now. I feel a little dense as I am sure I am missing something.
Any advice or suggested video/reading would be appreciated.

I guess they are called campaign tabs?

I think you are looking at old videos. Those tabs have been gone for a couple of years...
Use the Group at the top of the page. Similar concept but more scalable.

Ah, so create a new group for module and works the same as the tabs... thank you.
