Another options you might post the issue you had and the fix - even if it was simple - as someone else is bound to find themselves in the same boat one day.

OK, Sorry. Did that once but looks like I fat fingered the edit.

Anyway, Purchased Zanthar's Guide from Steam. Ran my update but nothing in my mod folder.
Updated my pw in settings, no help.
Sync'd purchases from FG end and still no help.
After cussing at my computer for a while I tried both the above at the same time and it finally downloaded.

Seeing several replies on steam forum for the same problem. Zanthar's not showing up after purchase.
