Character Sheet is not updating?

So I picked up the PHB and have it installed and I started making a character. I've added in my ability scores. When I chose human for my race it didn't update my scores. I thought I read that its supposed to do that. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Bizmal - create a new character, drag in the race from the PHB (do Humans get stat bonuses?) and then drag in the class.

Order matters. There is a video and a thread on 5E character creation. Check the Resources sticky, I think they are in there.
