Can't join my game over LAN

I'm hosting a game on one computer in my house, and trying to join with another computer on the same wireless network. Other users not on my LAN can join effortlessly. When I tether the non-host computer to my mobile hotspot, it connects to the host without issues.

Any clue what is going wrong here?

Use the Internal IP address to connect when you are on your LAN. Do not use your external IP or your alias.
