Cannot Activate on Steam

I purchased an Ultimate licence and trying to activate it on steam results in an error, can anyone tell me when the next batch of serial numbers will be uploaded to steam?

You see, I know what the problem is, Steam only has licence codes for products bought before Oct 17, I bought this on Oct 18, so they don't have any record that this code was sold...

Doug adds to this Steam discussion when he posts updates. We update about every 6 weeks, because it is a manual process for Steam. It looks like he pushed the last update about 2 weeks ago.
