Savage Worlds Horror Companion no more extention in 4.5

I can't find anymore the horror extention that add Sanity to PC sheet ?
Is that due to update 4.5 ?

The extension still exists and is part of the product.

Indeed I see it in my extention directory; But it waits 0 ko ans dont appear anymore in the liste of available extention in the launcher.
Any advise to bring it back ?

0kb means it is corrupted. Delete it and redownload it (or run Update again)
