Welcome GCardoso there are a few games out there - one that might be fun is Achtung! Cthulhu. There is also Behind Enemy Lines and GURPs has a WW2 range.

From personal experience, I'd recommend Achtung! Cthulhu with Savage Worlds for a pulpier WW2 game. I've run it a couple of times, and am fairly satisfied with the results.

What kind of game are you looking to run? Something more narrative, investigative, or crunchy and simulationist?

Hi.

There is this:

I haven't played it but it seems to have good ratings.

Weird Wars II - already converted to Fantasy Grounds: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/product.xcp?id=PEG106002FG2

Just remove the "weird" (supernatural) part if you want to be purely historical - which is fairly easy as the material suggests you run a few "normal" scenarios before you throw the weird/supernatural stuff at the PCs.
