Custom Race Effect

I am doing a custom Race for a player and one of the Con's is the character only gets half the effects from Healing -- How can I add that to their character ?

I don't think you can automate that. You can check out the effects in the wiki and maybe their is some creative way to use an effect that I can't think of.

You will just have to halve any healing applied to the character manually.

I can't think of any way to automate this. I'd suggest that all you can do is roll the healing to chat and then work it out manually.
