Trouble starting a game

So we've had FG for awhile now, and just got around to actually trying to play. I made a short home made story while it was on the monthly ultimate license, now I have the full unlimited license. I have port forward my pc. The players are connecting then losing connection, and it's telling them I have an unauthorized copy of the game. It's definitely paid for, and when I made the test game, it was paid for, so what the hell am I doing wrong?!

Make sure your copy is up to date 3.3.3/3.3.2 and re-enter your license key and forum username/password into the settings section.
If you are still having issues screen shot your key/username from settings and send to [email protected]
