Character languages extension for Savage Worlds

Is there a way to set up language options for characters in Savage Worlds (as 5e has)? I had character language options in the past, but they are gone now.

You can enter a list of languages... someplace, there is a button at the bottom of the screen of one of the books (right side menus), can't recall and at work. Languages will then appear as a drop list at the bottom of chat, and you can enter languages on player sheets to get a match... well it does in my Rippers game.

Yes, there is. It has never been gone.
The languages are in the Options menu.
