Impaler of Thorns Effects

Can someone provide a proper Effect for Impaler of Thorns?

-2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage for 6 minutes in a 30 foot radius burst. Actual creature attacked is also nauseated with despair for 1 round.

I'm thinking this looks like:

Impaler Effect: ATK -2; DMG -2; SAVE -2... what else for ability and skill checks?
