4e Ruleset, no extensions
When making an encounter with NPC that are meant to be Allied or Neutral, upon adding things to the combat tracker via the encounter window, all NPCs are added as enemy instead of honoring their setting in the encounter window.

This works on the 5e ruleset no problems.
