How to automatically use Strength of the Grave [5E] [Effect]

I was wondering how to make this a permanent effect on a player so that it will roll the constitution save and set the hp to 1 if they succeed the roll.

Strength of the Grave
Starting at 1st level, your existence in a twilight state between life and death makes you difficult to defeat. Whenever damage reduces you to 0 hit points, you can make a Constitution saving throw (DC 5 + the damage taken). On a success, you instead drop to 1 hit point. You cannot use this feature if you are reduced to 0 hit points by radiant damage or by a critical hit.

Hmm that is unfortunate! Oh well, Im really loving all thing things that are automated in Fantasy Grounds, Helps keep the game flowing.

This would be something players should take a lot of fun out of rolling for.

That is essentially the zombie ability and it is not automated in the NPC as well.

Closest current automation is concentration check, but that just looks at damage and not the zero HP requirement.
