LFP: 5E TYP Sunless Citadel Saturday Afternoons 1-4 EST

GM with Ultimate license seeking 4 players to play through the Sunless Citadel adventure for 5e from Tales From the Yawning Portal.

I'm a GM with more than 30 years experience who is new to 5e and looking to get my beak wet with the system by running the Sunless Citadel.

Welcome new and experienced players.

Time frame will be from 1 to 4 pm Eastern Time on Saturdays.

Will likely be most Saturdays until we're through the module, as long as we can get schedules smooth.

I am projecting I'll be ready to get started Saturday Oct 28th, with Character entry and "session 0" planned for Oct 21st

This will be a text-only game, probably 40/60 on RP/Combat, more if you want to do more intraparty roleplay.

Hello. I am actually looking for a text only game and am slightly familiar with the 5e system. However I will not be available on Saturdays and Tuesdays.. is the day fixed ? Also I have a free license.. don't know if that is an issue.

This download is taking a while...

It usually does the first time you load into a campaign, especially if the game system is also new.. After the initial load, it is usually much quicker. If you find the load bar gets "stuck", exit FG and restart it and that usually fixes any load problems, but only if the bar seems stuck. Otherwise, wait it out. It's much shorter for this game than it was for my Tuesday Night game where I had my own theme/background.

We will be playing our first game session tomorrow. That said, not everyone who applied to the game calendar and said ok to our session zero showed up to make up characters. I will be opening FG at least an hour early tomorrow so people can log in and get their characters done before the start time. I will give preference to those who already logged into the calendar, but if you show up early and get a character made by gametime and they do not, you will get their slot.
I'll be ready to start right on time.

We are playing at 1 pm EST, have added to the calendar. Also, server is up for people who haven't created/imported their characters yet. I probably won't respond as I will be prepping and/or eating lunch, but I'll leave the server up (epic bard loud gate)
