Missing child ruleset (3.5E) and no(base.xml) V 3.3.3

after I got the new update, I can't load anything except CoreRPG. When I try 5E it says.

Ruleset:
Error: unable to load ruleset file (base.xml)

and when I try PFRPG it gives me.

Ruleset: PFRPG
Error: references missing child ruleset (3.5E)

so I went into my <FG App Data>\ruleset directory and delete 5E, 3.5E, and PFRPG.pak(s) then ran an update but the problem is still happening.

I’ve only seen this once before, and it turned out that the campaign.xml file in the individual campaign directory got messed up or deleted.

Try creating a brand new campaign, and then copy that file from the new campaign folder to the original campaign folder.

It won't let make a new campaign just give me the same error, missing child ruleset (3.5E)

I can still join other's campaigns.

If the rule set name is missing in the error message, then that’s what my previous suggestion was for.

If the name is in the error, that means that there is a problem accessing the rule set PAK file.

Check these things:
* Make sure that the FG data directory matches the one you are looking at in File Explorer.
* Make sure you don’t have any subfolders in the rulesets folder of the FG data directory.
* (and the thing you’ve tried) delete PAK file and re-update.
