@anyone who can help, I recently switched from discord to the FG Teamspeak server for our voip needs of my home game and would like to know if there is any way I can set up a music bot for my channel? It seems that the server does not allow two instances of the same profile.

Create a second profile, pipe your sounds to that instance and connect your Default instance for your voice chat.

Information on how to set up Teamspeak for music and sound effects here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Linking_TeamSpeak_%26_Syrinscape).

Hi Atua,

I had also troubles installing this correctly. For me the way without a real music bot worked best. As far as I know a real bot costs money if you do not want to hear the "trial" sound once a minute on your headphones. I just created a second identity with TS and called it SoundBot. And you can connect more than one instance as long as the second instance of TS does not share the same identity as the first one.

Take care,
Waldbaer

and furthermore I installed a virtual cable which you can get without any cost HERE (https://www.vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm). I do not use voicemeeter yet...

Excellent, thanks for the info guys, got it working. I already had it working through discord, so transitioning to Teamspeak only needed the Teamspeak portion of the setup. I will point out that the instructions you linked to Zacc are a little out of date due to the updated menu system for Teamspeak, at least that is what it seemed to me. I was able to muddle through it though.
