AP trait is not applying properly?

The AP trait appears to be in error. AP only cancels Armour and remaining pts are not applied to Toughness. SO Ap2 would reduce Armour 1 to nothing and the second point is wasted. Looking at the image you can see that AP2 is reducing the overall Toughness.

FG adds armour to the toughness. So the toughness 6 is the total including the bonus 1 from armour. The armour value shows the amount of toughness that is derived from armour. It seems to be calculating correctly
