How to change PC ownership?

Hello everyone, kinda new here. One of my PCs lost his account and had to create another one.

Inside the FG, how can I transfer his character ownership from his last name to his new one?

Right click on the PC in the PC window (big button top right) and select clear owner. That PC will become available again to select in the connection screen when the player joins.

ohh so I just clear and the player will have the option to chose? so easy...

And how did he "lose his account"? It just uses whatever user name they put into the "Join Game" screen... They can call themselves "George" if they want...
