Timestamps in chatlog.html

I grep'ed through the rules and can't find the connected/disconnected chatlog messages in the lua.

But aside to that, what is needed to timestamp the chatlog.html messages - it would be useful to me as a DM :-)

Or point me somewhere to figure out the code and I can try and do it myself

The chatlog.html is generated by the client, not by the ruleset; so the code is not editable.
