Currently unable to purchase. Clicking buy item turns font from white to black, but does not load cart and cart gives "problem with order" error.

I think the issue is just with the 13 new products added in the last couple of hours - clicking the buy button doesn't add them to the shopping cart. Older products work OK for me.

Hopefully that will help the Smiteworks folks track down the issue.

They should all be good to go now.

Sorry for the issue. I had recently added a feature to allow a Coming Soon page and this blocked purchases for items with a future date. Although the release date was today, I was lax on my time element and those were still in the future.

Not able to check out now, maybe the demand for the new product?

Someone else was having a problem and I asked them to try clearing their cache and then retrying or trying in a new browser and they said it worked. I'm not sure which of those solutions worked for them, however.

I'll try it once I am home. Using in-flight wifi and bored, maybe an issue from that.
