Has anyone been able to setup an effect for Savage Attacker on 5e? This allows for rolling damage twice and applying the highest total. Cannot seem to find anything that will work on this.

Not that I'm aware of. Pretty sure it would require an extension be written. (The only related post I saw was this comment/discussion here (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?26082-Half-Orc-Savage-Attacks-and-Brutal-Critical&p=231361&viewfull=1#post231361)).

The way I would handle it is to have the player un-target the NPC after the attack hits, then roll damage twice and drag the higher value to either the NPC on the combat tracker or the NPC token on the map.

That is what we have been doing, I was hoping there was an easier way :).

I am currently working on creating an extension for Savage Attacker. I think I am almost there, but we will see.
