Looks like MoreCore with a theme. Its nice and easy to theme (but making good looking graphics can be tough).

Yup! All done with the superb MoreCore. Best multi purpose ruleset out there!I pretty much use it for all my stuff now. Save for Paul Pratts New and Improved 6 in 1 40k ruleset!

I did, just for those zones lines , they were hard to see on that map. :)

I am considering getting the official map tiles from Modiphius, but outside those all other are “zoneless”. Also using hex via FG, but they are same size.

Those are the actual zone maps from Modiphius. I digitized them and stiched them together. So I can make my own battlemaps.

How do you make the zones on maps?
If you're using maps that don't have the movement zones on them then open up the map in a graphics app and add some lines to show the movement zones. Look at the existing maps to get an idea of what usually constitutes a zone.

When playing face-to-face I just draw the lines on freehand with a drywipe marker - see the attached photo as an example.

Yup.. I was a kickstarter backer, so the PDFs came to me a while back.. I cropped them all and made them into images to use in Fantasy Grounds. :)

I think I will go easy mode for FG and buy the map pack from roll20. The PDFs will require re-work as Jolly stated, something that I am not eager to do with the extra things I have as GM. Stitching I am currently doing with MapTools and combine other mappacks I got for VTTs from DrivethruRPG or Roll20 :)

I want to make the zones the way they are shown in the Modiphius' tiles, therefore I have to experiment with transparency in GIMP to make them shiny :D

How do you run your NPCs? Have you prepared a custom NPC sheet like in the books and roll from there or the more traditional ways for example.
How do you use the combat tracker?

I started Conan campaign using Ogedei's extension, which is based on yours but after 3.3.6 there are issues with the CT that i can't completely track. Still the custom char. sheets save a lot of time and won the players over.

I thought long and hard about creating custom NPC sheets, but I saw this problem happen before when it comes to updates. Many many times!
So I avoided that headache by sticking to using what was there instead. The npc sheet has everything built into it, and all I needed to do was come up with a text template and insert that in the info sections. I still have access to all the rollers and dice options, and my players never see that anyways. So i went that route.

As for the player sheets I only modified the looks of it, and then created a custom template filled out already optimized for conan. So they want a new character, I import a template and they use it from there. I have not had any issues with the updates, cause I am using everything as is for the most part.

Its a free extension that anyone can use. You need to download the free MoreCore Ruleset, and then this extension. The picture above shows how I utilize the NPC sheet and the Character sheet.

What is the middle image with the hexes? Is this how you make zones on combat maps ad-hoc? My main challenge is coming up with ad-hoc combats when I don't have prepared map or it will take me too much time to search in my collection.

Sometimes its easier to get a picture and throw a large hex grid on it, add some notes, and use that as a battlemap I find. So in last nights game, that is what I did.

They had a blast with Pits of Kutallu, Devils Under Green Skies and The Thousand Eyes of Aumag-Bel that I stitched together as first quarter of my campaign! 20 sessions for 3 adventures, not bad! I see on your character sheet that you list pools of moment as normal momentum and immediate momentum and finally you also list doom. Why, how do you use them in FG?

I also see on your YouTube videos (thanks for those by the way), that you use hexes as areas. Any reason for that? quick and simple, vs creating zones like they did for the Conan by Monolith maps?

The adventurers are now in Messantia! They are trying to find out the dirt around a noble figure, probably connected with one or more of the great merchant houses. The group decided to contact the Sewer Workers Guild and pay for their services (too bad this lore is in Conan 1e and nowhere to be found in Conan 2e books by Modiphius).

Soon they will realize, that this noble is not to be trifled with and putting their noses in his dealings is not something they want! Time for some unfortunate and smelly chases in the sewers and close acquaintance with the royal guards.

I also converted my Pirate/Thief/Barbarian modules to the official ruleset. It does not have any automation... so it was quite simple lol :D

I have checked today that next wave is not in print and probably next year Q1 we will have all books and also some campaign ones are going to happen. Big decisions need to be made on which ruleset to play this. At some point I am even considering the Foundry if they make good implementation. I can't believe I am saying that... :(
