Why do the FG forums look different on Chrome now?

So now it's just a play v-bulletin thing, no way to check or send messages, I'm a bit confused. I know it's gotta be some setting I'm missing. Any help is appreciated.

On the bottom left is the style selector. Switch it to FG Responsive.
