I own the pathfinder core rules on PDF

Will i still have to purchase them on here to use it as an offical Module and not the OGL stuff?

Technically, no you don't have to purchase the official Paizo DLC. You can manually enter the data into FG and export it as your own private data module to use in your campaigns.
The official DLC saves you a ton of time because it's already been done for you, is already setup for the drag-n-drop features (the SRD modules are not yet), rollable tables, NPCs ready to play with the official artwork as tokens, and so on. And as @Wookie mentioned, if you sync your FG and Paizo accounts, you get a discount on the DLC if you own the Paizo PDF already. And vice-versa.
