So this is a general discussion thread about what from Gen Con did you find exciting?

I very much enjoyed D&D. Did about 12 hours. Starfinder demo was great. I liked chatting with the developers for Realmworks, Profantasy, and DC20. Demo'd a lot of games. Dungeon Crawl Classics was good, but like many publishers was very disorganized at the door/mustering. Paizo and Catalyst gave us bad information regarding schedules more than once. I feel like something that huge needs a better mobile app to keep vendors honest.

Really really really wanted to meet the Smiteworks team and talk tech but was too wrapped up in my own thing to reach out or manage a meetup myself. Kept checking the forums for something organized but alas. If I were less distracted I could have made it happen.
