Need help opening port 1802

Cannot seem to get port 1802 opened up. I've got the Port Forwarding configured on my Wireless Router (image attached). Not sure what is blocking me here. I can disable my Firewall, but that doesn't seem to fix the issue either.

Using a NETGEAR Wireless-G Router (model WGR614v9).

Any help is appreciated!

Notes:
UPnP is enabled
I can run a second client on my localhost and connect.
