[5E] Duplicate Core Rulebooks

I'm trying to combine my parsed Player's Handbook with my parsed Monster Manual and I am getting duplicate core rulebooks. I'm hoping it's a simple fix since I do not know XML well. All links are working fine.

Looks like you have two different modules open - check the module activation screen for open modules.

Thanks. I didn't think it is possible to have two mods with the same name in the modules folder, but I did check that. I think it might be due to some code that should not have been copied n pasted. I just dont have any idea where to look.
