SW Rifts for Fantasy Grounds?

Apologies if this has been asked already, but is there a sense of if/when Fantasy Grounds will have a setting for Savage Worlds Rifts available as a download option (either direct and/or via Steam)?

A group I am currently playing Savage Worlds Shaintar with has some interest in running Rifts later this year or perhaps in early 2018 and it would be nice not to have to create NPCs, Archetypes, Edges, Gear, etc. as a manual process.

Yep, it's been asked several times. :) As it stands right now, the wording of the licensing agreement between Palladium and Pinnacle prevent any other electronic form of Savage Rifts except the PDFs.

However, I believe there is some talk going on behind the scenes to allow for a Fantasy Grounds version. At least that's what I've inferred from comments one of our DLC Developers has made who just happens to have produced the best personal version of Savage Rifts out there. We'll just have to wait and see.

Hopefully, assuming there's a profit to be made, the devil may only be in the details of how that gets split between the participants in relation to sanctioned DLC for Savage Rifts in Fantasy Grounds. Of course, that said, I wouldn't expect anything to happen _too_ fast...

The Rifts IP is protected to the point that many fan sites have been shutdown, an MMO has been sued, and there is a long history of other legal action. Nobody wants a piece of that.

I see...I didnt realize it translated to sharing of custom content. Seems a bit ridiculous. Thanks

Thanks Trenloe. I downloaded it and saved it to the Extensions folder and selected Savage Worlds as the ruleset but I don't see it in the list of extensions. Any suggestions?
