Spells in Sword Coast Adventurers Guide not drag n drop spells

Spells like Lightning Lure, Green flame blade, booming blade etc appear to just be text entries as opposed to drag and droppable spells in the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide. Is there any plan to make them full fledged usable spells?

I'm guessing you're looking at the GM orientated Campaign Guide module?

Open the second module that comes with the product - the Player's Guide to see the drag/drop spells.
