an odd question

also, if someone can connect to me, then im having an odd issue. my girlfriends computer who is on the same router as mine, cannot connect to me (she is using a demo client though, if that makes a difference).

any ideas?

Welcome to the forums.

If you're on the same network use the internal ip address to connect to the GM computer, don't use the alias or external IP address.
