Target is running an unauthorized copy

So my players keep getting this error but i have the ultimate license, the subscription fee just hit my account so i know its still active.

I think you're going to have take this one straight to SmiteWorks. I would send them the info, including your proof of purchase and your email key and I'm sure they will get you sorted out. [email protected]

Do you see in the top right of the start screen that you are running ultimate. It should say something like v3.3.1 Ultimate. If it isn't make sure that your license key is correctly entered in settings and that your username and password is correct and then do an update.

Note also if you made any purchases through Steam that you should link your Steam and Smiteworks accounts by clicking on the manage button in settings and following the instructions.

Check with Smiteworks, but I think this error indicates that more than one computer is using the same license.
