XP Advancement Rate

Is there any way to adjust the XP Advancement rate? I tend to like a slower campaign, but I am not seeing any way to do this in FG.

FG does not auto level PCs, the "XP Needed" field is just an indicator. Set the XP required for each PC to be whatever you want it to be.
