Can Quests of Doom (PFRPG) be Played Using the 5e Ruleset

Thinking about buying this module because I want to use Murder in Baldur's Gate for my party (spending 10 days in Baldur's Gate waiting for a caravan to arrive). But, it's expensive and I want to make sure it'll work before I buy it.

Isn't there a 5e version in the store? The first two books were converted over.

Otherwise, modules coded to one ruleset will not open in another and all the monsters are different.
