I can seem to find the effect for Concentration,

i.e., Concentration +2

As far as I am aware, there is no concentration tag for effects. You might have to use the modifier box in order to do that one. But you could try to use the SKILL: 2, Concentration as that was actually a skill in 3.5 and the PF side of the rule set *might* still recognize the syntax.
