Is it possible to create an effect for a skill. Below is the description for Psychic Focus from the UA Mystic's Diminution Psionic Discipline.

Psychic Focus.
While focused on this discipline, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

[Spin-Man]

Create an effect with the text "ADVSKILL: stealth" (it is case sensitive, so don't capitalize the skill name) and set the targeting to Self. You can choose to have it expend on the next roll or last for a set duration.
