Connection issues

Hey guys im new to fantasy grounds and im also not the most computer savy person but i just subbed up to ultimate and wnt to host a game but my friends just cant seem t o connect to me we even tried hamachi and not even hamachi is allowing us to connect just wondering if any could shed some light on our situation be much appreciated, also i did see the post about the hamachi connecting but nothing on their worked. i also opened up 2 instances of fantasy grounds one hosted and conected to it through hamachi and it worked but my friends arent able to very confusing we have used hamachi for loads of other games :(

ok so i gave my friend my account and i made a free account and was able to join the game yet if i do it he or none can join me

Yeah! Glad you were able to get it sorted. Connection issues can be VERY frustrating...
