Grant Temp Hit Points

I have a custom class that has a feature that will grant temp hit at the start of combat. Is there an effect that I can code to give the hit points (2 * class level)

I don't think you can automate it to grant the HP at the start of combat, but you can make a power with a Heal action like this.
