How do I Roll Low in Core?

I'm a FG n00b and this may be something easy, but I haven't found any threads that appear to cover running a roll low system in FG.

I am Gming a Dragon Warriors campaign and most rolls are one of the following:
[Attack score] + [modifiers] - ([Defence score]+[modifiers])>1d20
([Magic Attack score]+[modifiers]) - ([Magic Defence score]+[modifiers])>2d10

How do I get FG to calculate this?
