5E Additional Rules Extension

So being inspired by some of the nice little extensions around, I decided to try my own hand. I chose an easy one to start with, but plan on adding some additional features down the road. (Which is why I named this a rather generic "Additional Rules" name.) Any feedback is welcome!

Version 0.0.1

* Auto-remove 'Turned' effect when a creature in the combat tracker takes damage
* Configuration option to auto-remove 'Turned' effect or just notify

Version 0.0.2

* Added a custom options section '5E Additional Rules' to configure options
* Auto-roll concentration checks when a creature in the combat tracker has the 'Concentration' effect and takes damage
* Configuration option to auto-remove 'Concentration' effect or just notify

Known Issues

* Doesn't show concentration rolls to users, only to GM
* Doesn't support using advantage or disadvantage for concentration checks
* Doesn't auto-add concentration effect when character applies spells with '(c)'
* Doesn't auto-remove spell effects related to the concentration effect
