Damage to Hit Points?

I do not know if here is the best place to ask, but where and which file is responsible for applying the damage and subtracting the character's life points when he is marked on the combat tracker and is hit by a hit.

It depends on the ruleset. But it is usually scripts\manager_action_damage.lua
