What's this? (bubble icon with # on top right CT token)

I've been perusing for a while now, including here and wiki and can't figure out what this is. 19245 It's the small bubble and a number (from 0.5 to 2.0 so far) is in it.

Who's the guru that can tell me what this number represents?

It is the scale of the token. So 0.5 would be 50% of the actual token size.
