Player cannot connect

He is getting a Bad Argument #3 and cannot connect to my game. What can be done?

Hey MrJade, welcome to the community.

Can other players connect? If not, does your connection test work from the GM client?

I've never heard of a "Bad Arguement #3" but maybe someone else knows what it means. Sounds to me like he has an installation error, but I'm guessing.

Indeed that's not a no connection issue but a not installed properly issue I would suggest.

[Trenloe]

1) Ask them to confirm that they've entered their player name and your server alias on the "Join Game" screen before pressing "Start".
2) Ask the player to clear their cache and try and join again.
3) Get them to do an update.

If the error still exists after doing the above three things then please post the exact error message (all of it) please - to help track down exactly where the issue is.

The problem has been resolved as per Trenloe's suggestions. It was the cache apparently. I don't know what that means, but he did.
