Check the theme that is set in the bottom left corner of the page. If that's not it, you'll need to post pictures for us to know what you are seeing.

Just a guess (same as Entrails'), go to 'Profile' in the upper right-hand corner (not 'My Profile'), click General Settings on the left, scroll down to Forum Skin at the bottom and switch it to what you are used to.
