I have added the weapon reward as a link to the story but how do you add monetary reward gold, silver etc.....as a link

Not terribly sure since your post is somewhat brief. But normally for a reward you would create a parcel; into which you would have the sword and also the gold. Then link the parcel to the story. Is my guess at your question near the mark at all?
