Open gaming store has another bundle,$600 worth of 200 PDFs for $20, haven't looked into content much yet, just making raising awareness.

It's a bundle for Raging Swan Press. They're an excellent 3PP with great products.

Are these products only compatible with Pathfinder? How easily can they be used with other systems? I think I could find good use for them in a hex crawl sandbox campaign.

Game stats are for Pathfinder, but you can easily use a lot of these products for other systems - the village backdrops, the dressings, and lot of other things. These will be perfect for a hex crawl sandbox campaign - the dressings provide the GM with little bits of info to stimulate yours (and the players) imagination, to the village backdrops that will allow you to drop a cool village into a hex.

My opinion is that $30 for all of these products is an amazing steal.

I've seen you praise Raging Swan several times, Trenloe -- I'm surprised you haven't converted some of their stuff! :)

I might look into their stuff. What about it appeals to you compared to other 3PP?

I like the gritty style. Most of the products are GM helper products - stuff to stimulate your imagination (location dressings, rumours, I loot the body, etc.), add flavour to your games, drop in locations, small-medium sized scenarios... Nice black-and-white maps (usually from Forge Studios).

I have flipped through some of the stuff. The Dungeon Dressing series alone was worth the price to me. And that is perhaps 1/10 of the whole pack.

I have a homemade Raging Swan module :D I assume it is illegal to share. It's a collection of random tables, very handy in the case I should ever run a game :p

That's what I'm going to do as well (create my own tables from some of the dungeon dressing stuff). Yes, it would not be kosher to share given it is copyrighted by Raging Swan. Hope you can run a game with it soon, though!

Talk to Doug and Creighton at Raging Swan about making FG files and then you can use the royalties to help pay for your gaming habit.

I have emailed them twice in the past about making the product available for sale on FG, but no response. I have already converted many of the DD tables into FG format. A little tedious, but an easy conversion to do.
