4E Ruleset NPC Recharge string?

At one point, there was a specific way you could make FG automatically roll for power recharges (recharge on 5 or 6 etc). I have since forgotten how to set it up properly. Can anyone please remind me the proper usage? To the best of my recollection, it was something you typed into the recharge line of the power on the npc's power editor.

I tried searching for the answer but my google-fu has failed me.

If you double-click on the [USED] tag in the attack line in the combat tracker, it will remove the tag and remove the RCHG effect.

Other than that, the only way that the recharge is triggered is on turn advancement.

you need to have "Recharge 4-6" not just "4-6"
