Unable to Create PC in New Pathfinder Core

So I have an existing Pathfinder campaign and wanted to create a new PC inside the campaign. I go to Library and Create PC and nothing pops up (demo video shows a character sheet popping up). Is there anything special i need to do to get this to work?

I go to Library and Create PC and nothing pops up (demo video shows a character sheet popping up).
"Create PC" from the library doesn't create a PC, it sets the desktop buttons down the right side of the desktop to display data appropriate for creating a character.

I'd recommend visiting the Wiki -> User Guides section for info on using Fantasy Grounds. For example, creating characters is covered under "Character Management" here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Character_Management

There are also a lot of good videos in the Wiki -> Videos section.
