How would one express a Concentration Modifier for Caster Level Check, Concentration +2?

or How would one express Penetration for Spells cast on Outsiders +6?

I'm not sure what Concentration has to do with Caster Level Checks. However, the basic effect is as follows:

CLC: 2

For the second one, try:

IFT: TYPE(outsider); CLC: 6
