Module not showing in player library

I have an module that shows in the Data Module Activation as shared (green checkmark) and the module is open on the players side. The problem is the module doesn't show in the Library on the players side, the module can be opened from the GM side.

The player has gone into the Library > Module activation window and it doesn't show? Or the entries just don't show various lists? Which module?

Possibly its tagged as a GM only resource. What is the module?
